Registration is now open.

Please read the following information carefully before registering.

• The Conference is open to both members and non-members.
• Registration fees for participants residing outside Mexico are payable in US dollars (USD) to IFUW Headquarters in Geneva.
• Participants residing in Mexico may pay in Mexican pesos (MXN) to FEMU Headquarters in Mexico City.

Full fee
for members and non-members attending the entire conference

• 670 USD for those paying by 31 March 2010
• 870 USD for paying between 1 April 2010 and 30 June 2010
• 1000 USD for those paying after 30 June 2010
• The full fee provides entry to the opening ceremony, all business and plenary sessions, theme day presentations, interdisciplinary seminars and workshops, parallel sessions, lunches on 5-9 August inclusive, morning and afternoon refreshments, the Mexican Evening and the Gala Dinner.
  

Theme days fee
for members and non-members attending only the thematic days on 6 August and 7 August

• 400 USD for those paying by 31 March 2010
• 500 USD for those paying between 1 April 2010 and 30 June 2010
• 600 USD for those paying after 30 June 2010
• The partial enrolment provides entry to the theme day presentations, interdisciplinary seminars and workshops on 6 August and 7 August, lunches on the two days, morning and afternoon refreshments on the two days, plus the Mexican Evening.

Student Fee
for students 25 and under enrolled in a full-time degree programme

• 400 USD for those registering before 30 June 2010
• To qualify for the reduced fee a signed letter confirming enrolment must be emailed by the head of the student's programme or registrar in PDF format to registration@ifuw.org.
• The student fee provides entry to the opening ceremony, all business and plenary sessions, the theme day presentations, interdisciplinary seminars and workshops, parallel sessions, lunches on 5-9 August inclusive, morning and afternoon refreshments, the Mexican Evening and the Gala Dinner.

Accompanying persons
for non-members attending only the social events

• 120 USD
• The accompanying persons fee provides entry to the opening ceremony, the Mexican Evening and the Gala Dinner.
• Optional tours will be available on-site.
  

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be sent via email to registration@ifuw.org or by fax to +41 22 738 04 40. A non-refundable administration fee of 20% will be applied to all payments.  The remaining 80% will be refunded for all cancellations received up to seven days before the Conference. No refunds will be given after this time.

How to book

Click on the registration button below to access the on-line registration form. If you cannot book on-line, please complete the registration form and send it with your bank transfer order by fax to +41 22 738 04 40 or by post to IFUW, 10 rue du Lac, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland.

You will receive confirmation of booking either by email or by post depending on your chosen method of registration. You will need to bring a copy of this confirmation, all receipts and proofs of payment and bookings with you to Mexico City.

If you change any of your contact details between registration and attendance at the Conference, please advise us immediately so we can amend our records.

How to pay

All payments by participants living outside Mexico must be made in US dollars (USD).

Online payment by VISA and MasterCard is possible. When completing the registration form you will be directed to a secure payment site where you will be asked for your credit card information.

Those wishing to pay by bank transfer will automatically be sent payment details upon receipt of their registration form. You should ensure that bank charges are paid by you as transferee. Any difference will need to be paid upon arrival in Mexico City.

Privacy Policy

Any contact details you give us will only be made available to IFUW and other members participating in the Conference in the participant directory; they will not be shared with any third parties. Other personal details will be used only for processing your registration and administration of the Conference.
